1. Data controller

2. What we process

Account data (name, e-mail, phone), billing data (address, VAT ID), uploaded files and vehicle details, order, payment and message history, and technical data (IP address, sign-in logs, essential cookies).

3. Purpose and legal basis

Performing your orders and the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), invoicing and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), account security and fraud prevention (Art. 6(1)(f)), SMS and WhatsApp notifications only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent in your profile settings.

4. Recipients

Hosting and e-mail providers, the payment provider you choose at checkout, our accountants, Google reCAPTCHA (bot protection) and the SMS/WhatsApp provider if you enable those notifications. ECU files are processed only to complete your order.

5. Retention

For as long as you keep your account. Accounting documents for the period required by tax law. Security logs for up to 12 months.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

7. Cookies

We use only cookies needed to run the portal (session, language, theme, "remember me") and Google reCAPTCHA protecting the forms.
